From a purely brand strategy and the standardization of social responsibility-based strategy, Grandview has increased to a high degree. In 2007, Grandview was participated in domestic and international professional exhibition industry, in the colleges and universities throughout the academic study tour organized activities, stability, good quality and service.

So, what are the effects of those activities? The prices of products are higher than the market prices, how Grandview gets those competitive advantages? With regard to the US-Japan corporate intellectual property lawsuits, how the Grandview won? With these questions, we interviewed the manager of Grandview Mr. Guoqiang Yang.
HC Network: September 2007, Grandview held a technology communication meeting in Beijing, Mr. liang talked about that market promotion of Grandview has been changed to technology communication. And then, how will Grandview enhance this work in the future? What are the reasons that Grandview will enhance its communication with customers?
Mr. Yang: there are two main points in technology communication: first, profit, this is the basic problem of a company; second, social responsibility, guide the consumer out of the academic misunderstanding.
As China's economic development, levels of consumption continue to improve. However, the uses of projection screen than many underdeveloped countries are still lagging behind. Many manufacturers from their own interests to promote outdated products, used false academic knowledge to deceive the user. Currently, 90% of Matte White and Glass Bead fabric is gradually phased out, but in the domestic market, Glass Bead fabric is main product. Through the survey found the user's understanding of the glass-bead fabric into a misunderstanding. Generally considered a relatively high glass-bead fabric is brightness, but this state would also be beneficial to write 2.5 gains. In fact, 2.5 of glass-bead fabric only be achieved in light, but other places can not be achieved. Now, most of schools use hanging screen, so glass-bead fabric is not as good as Matte-White fabric.
This year we will continue to carry out academic exchange activities and improve the quality of products. In different environments, we tested the brightness of glass-bead fabric for many times, and recommended that national standards can make them more perfect. At the same time, we will build a good relationship with media and create credibility. passing a correct understanding of screen.
HC Network: Last year, Grandview organized a "Across China" activities in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and other major cities with colleges and universities to do academic study. This event was organized in the situation? This year whether it will continue this activity?
Mr. Yang: Last year's activities got a very good response. This year, March, we will be well-known brands and extensive cooperation with the projector, to launch a new phase of activity started in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Guangzhou to participate in exhibition tour.
This activity in the projection screen industry is an innovative. The projection screen is an accessory, there was no emphasis on the user before. However, consumers may not know that the real impact of the projected image is not only from projector, but related ancillary equipment is playing important role. When the projector has been cured of production, we need to improve the image quality of supporting equipment. Therefore, the quality of screen must be increased.
HC Network: in early 2008, Grandview states “Wrinkle Free Manual Screen” (also known as Drum-Type Stopper and Speed Reducing Screen) achieved the patent from State Intellectual Property Office, can you describe the feature of product?
Mr. Yang: the patent examination period took two years, in fact, this product has been launched as early as 2005. Actually, this is an integrated system which can avoid the wrinkle. Manual screen dues to the spring force which leads to wrinkles. Because of Positioning System and Speeding Reducing, this integrated system could solve the wrinkle problems. When the screen rolls up, the Positioning System will automatically lock tube that the screen without force and the wrinkle will remove.
This product achieves patent of America, Japan and European Union.
HC Network: Grandview is ongoing introduction of new products and the quality of products are becoming stable. Then in 2008, Grandview will spend more into independent research and what is the plan?
Mr. Yang: quality, brand and innovation are important for Grandview. Grandview shows us the vitality and innovation capability.
Following the Motorized Floor-Up screen, Grandview launched "SkyShow series”. The Grandview Skyshow series is for high ceiling or pillars that range from 5m to 8m. It is the world’s first self-lowering motorized projection screen, fully reflects Grandview’s predictability and R & D capabilities.
In the continuous innovation, we will also focus on improving existing products. Grandview will design integrated control system for all product. And installation will be more user-friendly.
HC Network: before, Grandview has actively participated in exhibitions at home and abroad this year! Will this year the same? In ISCHINA2008, what new products will Grandview shows us? In this June, what will Grandview give us?
Mr. Yang: now, we have not extensive exhibit as past, but we will select a professional show. We need more refined stage, so we will remain in the authority of the exhibition this year. 5 consecutive years, Grandview participated in the two audio-visual shows, and this year we are not prepared to participate, because Grandview as an economic leader's position has been diluted. We are focusing on Europe market, and this year will go to Hong Kong exhibition.
This year we will carry our industry leading products to exhibition, including”Skyshow” series. Convenient use is our target and then Grandview needs to do more than other people. Safe, convenient and user-friendly is our development direction. For achieving the Rohs environmental standards, Grandview designed testing device two years ago to achieve the environmental standards,.
HC Network: China's education market is keeping investing and promoting information technology. Year 2008, whether Grandview will improve the effect to promote in education market?
Mr. Yang: The education market is divided into higher education and universal education, Grandview always has competitive advantages in higher education but not universal education. However, following the improvement of higher education and universal education, not only based on the weight, size and measure the value of the product, but rather a return of rational consumption, and then we are gradually incorporated into outreach in this area. At the same time, Grandview is leading the improvement of customers’ consumption. Anyway, Grandview has to improve the effect to promote our products in universal education market.
HC Network: the promotion of Grandview is leading market in China. What about the situation of Grandview right now? What is the target of Grandview?
Mr. Yang: 70% products of Grandview export overseas, and they are still increasing. From the peer evaluation and analysis, the innovative capability of Grandview is good in the world and integrated capacity is probably third.
Last year, Grandview was ranked third of AV market in Japan. And this year, Grandview will go into education system which is expected to be routed to the second. As we all know, Japanese product quality is very picky. Actually, Japanese market is the best embodiment of the competitiveness of enterprises that Grandview has enough abilities to compete in Japan.
The numbers of international brands were on no more than ten, but at least more than forty in domestic market. In domestic market, different products are with quantity rather than quality. The international market is the opposite; they are more recognizing on high-quality products. so the strength of exports and businesses may not be as proportional. In fact, our export also very picky and we need to increase the value of product by export. We believe that strong businesses can get more living space and enhanced the survival value, which are Grandview’s developing goals.
